During the 15-16 November’s VІІ Judicial Forum Anna Ogrenchuk offered her views to UBR on the nuances in judicial disputes between businesses and tax authorities: “[…] the lion’s share of burden on the Supreme Court and the Administrative Court of Appeals are tax disputes. Even if corporates win in cases where the Supreme Court’s position is well-established and judicial precedent exists, fiscal authorities continue to appeal decisions in the cassation court, thus dragging on the resolution process, this must be changed!”
