Mykyta Tatarynov – Head of the Compliance Audit Committee
Our colleague Mykyta Tatarynov, Associate in the White-Collar Crime practice at LCF Law Group and a Certified Compliance Officer, has been appointed Head of the Compliance Audit Committee of the Ukrainian Compliance Association.
For Mykyta, compliance is not about formalities. It is a practical tool for risk management and business protection. He works with processes, facts, and the logic of decision-making, building audit approaches that withstand both professional scrutiny and real business challenges.
His professional certification has further strengthened this expertise with hands-on tools, including anti-corruption programs, risk management, counterparty due diligence, business ethics, and international standards, all of which he already applies in his daily work.
In the Committee’s work, this will mean:
