Ivan Bondarchuk participated in second part of III Energy Law Conference

On September 14, the second part of III Energy Law Conference took place in Warsaw.
The event was dedicated to energy security in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), reconstruction of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, as well as financing and investment in the energy sector.
Ivan Bondarchuk, Counsel at LCF Law Group, Head of Energy and Natural Resources, participated in the discussion “Wind and solar power projects: investment potential of renewable energy in CEE”.
The panelists discussed:
- Investments in the post-war renewable energy infrastructure reconstruction in Ukraine;
- Poland and its way of energy balance transformation;
- International financing of wind and solar projects in Ukraine and Poland: views of a financial institution and an investor.
