Bankruptcy in terms of War. Online conference LCF and EBA
In the conditions of the ongoing aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, all spheres of business suffer losses and need quick management decisions. Despite the fact that the situation in the economy is not improving, tax and credit holidays for businesses are gradually being abolished. Businesses that did not have a safety margin, had problems with solvency before the war, or suffered as a result of the war due to the destruction of production assets, destruction of logistics chains and loss of demand, will need legal ways to close. Bankruptcy law also continues to apply to managers who are jointly and severally liable with the owners for failing to notify of the threat of bankruptcy.
Even in terms of war, bankruptcy proceedings can be a way to save a business or help “get out of the game” with minimal negative consequences.
On June, 07, 2022, 11:00 LCF Law Group together with European Business Association will hold an online conference “Bankruptcy in terms of War”.
