Ivan Bondarchuk joins the John Smith Trust programme on green recovery
We are pleased to share that Ivan Bondarchuk, Partner and Head of Energy & Projects at LCF Law Group, has joined the John Smith Trust programme for Ukrainian leaders focused on advancing green recovery. He has been selected among the top five leaders from Ukraine to participate in this initiative.
The programme brings together a select group of leaders shaping Ukraine’s energy and sustainability agenda and explores how sustainable energy investments, innovative technologies and resilient infrastructure can support regional growth and long-term self-reliance. Its focus includes scaling renewable energy projects, improving energy efficiency and modernising grid infrastructure to deliver stable, affordable and clean energy.
The residential part of the programme will take place in Scotland from 22 to 29 January 2026 and will include leadership and debate training, group workshops, and meetings with policymakers, policy institutes, NGOs and experts in the hydrogen sector. The programme will then continue through ongoing engagement within the Ukrainian Fellows’ community, the wider international network and UK counterparts.
Ivan’s participation reflects his role among the recognised leaders of Ukraine’s energy and projects market and his active involvement in discussions shaping the future of the sector.
