Olena Volianska will participate the VIII Forum on Insolvency Law as a moderator and a speaker
On October 26, the Ukrainian Bar Association will hold the VIII Forum on Insolvency Law.
Olena Volianska, partner, Head of Bancruptcy and restructuring at LCF Law Group, attorney at law, insolvency practitioner, will moderate a special session on harmonization of Ukrainian insolvency law with EU law.
The panelists will discuss:
– Regulation of the status of secured creditors in accordance with EU and Ukrainian practices;
– Subsidiary and joint and several liability of shareholders and management: European and Ukrainian perspectives;
– Roadmap in the field of bankruptcy: prospects for development.
Olena will also take part in the forum as a speaker at the discussion on “Practical issues of bankruptcy procedures during the war”.
In addition, the forum will feature the traditional awarding of the best experts and teams in the field of insolvency law, which will be selected by the participants of the event in an open online mode.
