Anna Ogrenchuk
Anna Ogrenchuk is the co-founder and Managing Partner of LCF Law Group, a prominent Ukrainian law firm with extensive expertise, a strong track record, and industry leadership. Anna is a highly experienced solicitor and litigator, specialising in commercial law. For almost 25 years, she has successfully represented clients in the most complex and high-profile domestic and cross-border business litigation and mediation matters in Ukraine. She advises domestic and international businesses, banks and financial companies, corporations and individuals. Anna has been instrumental in facilitating and strengthening international cooperation between Ukrainian and foreign dispute resolution experts (legislators, academics and media).

Being the member of the Judicial Reform Council under the President of Ukraine (2014-2019) and the Chairman of the Committee on procedural law of the Ukrainian Bar Association (till 2021) Mrs. Ogrenchuk actively participated in the promotion and implementation of the procedural legislation and judicial reform, having also initiated the development and implementation of amendments to the procedural codes. For more than 10 years in a row, Anna has acted as the program coordinator of the Annual Judicial Forum of the Ukrainian Bar Association, one of the most significant and influential legal events of the year, aimed at addressing key issues facing Ukraine’s judicial system.
In July 2021 Anna was elected President of the Ukrainian Bar Association. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation of Ukraine in February 2022, the Ukrainian Bar Association under Anna’s presidency has been urging the development of accountability mechanisms to ensure justice is served to those guilty of war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, and the crime of aggression. In particular, the UBA advocated the establishment of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression and the design of a compensation framework to address damages caused by the Russian Federation. The UBA provides pro bono legal assistance to Ukrainian citizens affected by the war and supports lawyers in their search for accommodation, educational, professional, and other opportunities.
