LCF Law Group Joins the Ukrainian Energy Initiative by UN Global Compact Ukraine
LCF Law Group has joined the Ukrainian Energy Initiative of the UN Global Compact Ukraine, a platform that brings together businesses, government, industry organisations and international partners to support the recovery and long-term development of Ukraine’s energy sector.
The Initiative focuses on attracting investment, improving the regulatory environment, advancing new technologies and further integrating Ukraine into the European energy market. LCF regularly advises clients in these areas, from renewable energy generation and energy storage projects to investment structuring, infrastructure development and public-private partnerships.
As part of the Initiative, LCF will contribute its legal expertise to discussions on the conditions needed to deliver new energy projects and attract long-term private investment. The team will also support dialogue between Ukrainian businesses and developers, international investors and the government.
