Requirements:

  • High education in law;
  • 5+ years of work experience;
  • Proven track record of representation of clients in commercial, administrative, civil process;
  • Experience in the preparation of procedural documents;
  • Readiness to be responsible for the results of work;
  • Certificate of attorney is a must;
  • Fluency in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare various legal claims, documents, opinions and memos;
  • Represent clients in disputes in various courts;
  • Prepare legal positions for clients and detect of risks;
  • Analysis of current court practice, precedential court decisions and legislation collisions;
  • Participate in PR activities in press and at the events.

  • Preparing of legal position for clients and detection of risks;
  • Analysis of foreign law’s content;
  • Analysis of current court practice (national/international) also arbitration practice, precedential court decisions and legislation collisions;
  • Participate in PR activities in press and at the events.

  • Searching and systematization of necessary information on Director’s request;
  • Provide assistance to Director as to administrative and personal assignments.
