LCF Law Group has developed the Instructions for registering a personal account in the system of electronic litigation

On October 18, the Law of Ukraine No. 3200-IX of 29.06.2023 comes into force.

Among other things, it obliges legal entities to register and use an electronic account in the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System.
