Tetyana has almost 19 years of experience in dispute resolution practice. Tetyana represents interests of legal entities and individuals both in national courts and in the European Court of Human Rights, as well as in the international commercial arbitrations in the CIS.

Tetyana Ignatenko specialises in issues of economic, banking, civil, labor and family law. She also provides legal assistance to businesses in criminal proceedings. Moreover, Tetyana acts as a mediator in resolving conflicts.

Tetyana’s industry focus is transportation, real estate, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. Among her clients – VR Global Partners, Prominvestbank, Bunge Ukraine, Alfa Bank and others.

Mrs. Ignatenko is one of the few legal practitioners on the market who apply case law of the European Court of Human Rights in their dispute resolution practice. She began her career at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Ukrainian Representative Office with the ECHR, as such Tetyana has deep insight into the work of the Council of Europe and the ECHR.
