Kyrylo Molodyko

Ph.D., Counsel

Kyrylo Molodyko has joined the team in 2014. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in law, specialising in international finance, economic analysis of law, constitutional review, regulatory policy in money circulation and financial services markets.

Kyrylo also has a notable background in law academia – he combines his work at LCF with research undertakings as an Associate Professor in Civil and Commercial Law and Senior Research Fellow at the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”(HSE), Moscow, Russia. Kyrylo also served as a scientific advisor to the judge, Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, for which he was awarded two personal diplomas by the Chairman of the Court.

Kyrylo has participated in organising law summer schools and in teaching seminars in law. He is the author of numerous academic publications incl. monograph on banking law.
