In addition to a deep understanding of the structure and regulatory specifics of the defence sector, he has experience in public service within the security and defence sector and a unique understanding of the needs of manufacturers, integrators, and end users of military products. Volodymyr also has practical experience in compliance procedures for domestic and international defence counterparties, support in obtaining critical enterprise status for the needs of the Armed Forces, and interaction with manufacturers and military authorities.
