Sergiy Benedysiuk
Sergiy has provided comprehensive legal advice and assistance to foreign investors on issues pertaining to joint venture and business acquisition, brown-field and green-field investments, investment structuring and strategies in such areas as agro sector, conventional and alternative energy, gambling, non-residential real estate, FMCG, etc.
Previously working in a Big 4 company, he has a valuable background in securing merger clearance for transactions in a diverse range of industries.
Apart from his professional activities, he is also a member of the Board of the Professional Government Association of Ukraine.
