    New powers of AMCU. Аnalytics

On January 1, 2024, a law of Ukraine came into force, granting the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine new powers. Now, it is empowered to conduct inspections of companies with access to premises, inspect, seal, seize, and confiscate property, etc.

The practical application of this law has raised many questions from businesses.

LCF team led by Iryna Kobets, partner and head of dispute resolution practice, has prepared a brochure with answers to the most common questions about possible AMCU inspections.
